Concerns continue to grow among applicants regarding the channel through which the Ghana Education Service (GES) will announce the results of the 2026 teacher recruitment exercise.
As outlined in the official recruitment framework, the ongoing shortlisting and validation phase involves a thorough assessment of all submitted applications to verify that candidates satisfy the stipulated qualifications and requirements.

The Ghana Education Service is expected to publish the recruitment outcomes exclusively through the official GES-GEDP recruitment portal at https://gesrecruitment.gedp.tech/. Applicants are therefore strongly advised to monitor the portal regularly and rely solely on information released through official channels.
Candidates who successfully pass the screening process will advance to the posting and appointment stage, where formal appointment letters will be issued.

Posting decisions will be determined based on several factors, including applicants’ subject specialisations, preferred regions and districts, available vacancies, and the staffing needs of educational institutions across the country.
Successful applicants will subsequently be required to report to their assigned district education offices to complete the necessary administrative and documentation procedures before assuming their duties.
In addition, all selected candidates must present original academic and professional certificates, along with any other required documents, for verification purposes.

Meanwhile, applicants are encouraged to remain patient as GES concludes the various stages of the recruitment process. The Service is expected to issue an official communication once the results are ready for release.
The general public and applicants have also been advised to disregard unverified reports and speculation circulating on social media regarding the recruitment exercise and instead await official updates from the Ghana Education Service.
