The Kumasi High Court has delivered a landmark judgment confirming that both Odo Broni (Priscilla Ofori Atta) and Akosua Serwaa Fosuh are legally recognised as wives of the late Ghanaian highlife icon, Daddy Lumba.
This ruling brings an end to several months of intense legal disputes and public controversy surrounding which of the two women should carry out his widowhood rites, manage his estate, and officially hold the status of his widow.
