The Ghana Education Service (GES) has introduced a new print feature on its teacher recruitment portal, enabling successful applicants in the 2026 recruitment exercise to print their recruitment status ahead of the regional verification and onboarding process.

The printed recruitment status serves as official evidence that an applicant has been successfully shortlisted and must be submitted together with the required documents during the verification exercise at the respective regional education offices.

Although GES has not yet released an official statement announcing the update, shortlisted applicants are encouraged to print and retain a copy of their recruitment status for reference throughout the recruitment process.

How to print your GES recruitment status

Successful applicants can download and print their recruitment status by following these steps:

  • Visit the GES recruitment portal at https://ges-recruitment-application.gedp.tech/posting-details.
  • Click the Print button now available on the portal.
  • Save the page as a PDF or print a hard copy.
  • Include the printed copy with the other required documents for the regional verification and onboarding exercise.

Applicants should note that no voucher payment is required to access or print their recruitment status.

Candidates are also encouraged to monitor official GES communications and trusted education news platforms for further updates on the ongoing teacher recruitment exercise.
