Popular Senegalese-American artist Akon has stated that he found life more manageable when he was involved with multiple women.
The 53-year-old shared this perspective during an interview with The Shade Room.
Looking back on his past relationships, the singer—who has openly supported polygamy—said he now finds things more challenging being with just one partner.
According to him, life felt easier when he had several women around him, compared to his current situation with a single partner.
His remarks come about six months after his wife of 28 years, Tomeka Thiam, filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.
