Successful applicants in the ongoing Ghana Education Service (GES) recruitment whose names have been verified on the official master list but have not yet received their appointment letters have been advised to remain patient and follow the guidance issued by their respective Regional Education Directorates.
Applicants who have already visited their Regional Education Office, confirmed that their names appear on the master list, and were instructed to return on another date have been assured that they should not be worried.

They are expected to return to the Regional Office on the specific date communicated to them so they can continue with the appointment and onboarding procedures.
The applicants have also been cautioned against relying on individuals who may attempt to discourage or mislead them because their appointment letters were unavailable during their initial visit.
The GES recruitment process, however, does not end at the Regional Education Office.
After completing the required verification and documentation at the regional level, successful applicants will be directed to proceed to their respective District Education Offices, based on instructions from their Regional Directorates.

The district-level process is expected to facilitate the placement and assignment of successful applicants to their designated schools or stations.
Applicants have therefore been urged to carefully follow all instructions from their regional and district education offices and report to the relevant offices on the dates communicated to them.
They are also advised to keep all required documents readily available throughout the recruitment and onboarding process and to rely only on official information from the GES and its Regional and District Directorates.
